Agreement and services

These Terms govern booking and participating in Cowboys and Canvases experiences operated by Sylvia Jade Inc. By submitting a booking request, accepting a direct-booking invitation, or completing payment, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Requests and confirmation

Submitting a request does not guarantee a reservation. A booking is confirmed only after Cowboys and Canvases verifies the event details, accepts the booking, and receives any required payment. Unpaid booking holds may expire at the time shown in the booking invitation.

Pricing and payment

Prices shown early in the booking flow may be estimates. Pricing may change based on guest count, package selection, number of cowboys, venue address, travel, taxes, and optional additions. The final total will be disclosed before payment. You authorize the selected payment method for the amount presented at checkout. Offline-payment arrangements must be approved by Cowboys and Canvases.

Venue and travel

• You must have permission to use the venue and provide an accurate, accessible address.
• Service-area eligibility, travel fees, and arrival logistics depend on the venue address.
• Changing the venue may change the price, assigned personnel, or availability.
• Final travel fees are disclosed before payment.
• You are responsible for a reasonably safe and suitable event space, including any venue permissions or rules.

Cowboy requests and substitutions

A requested cowboy is a preference until expressly confirmed. If a requested or assigned cowboy becomes unavailable, Cowboys and Canvases may offer a qualified substitute, a new event time, or a refund of amounts paid for the affected booking. "Surprise me" selections authorize Cowboys and Canvases to assign an available cowboy.

Guest responsibilities

The booking guest must provide accurate information, follow reasonable safety and venue instructions, supervise minors, and ensure attendees behave safely and respectfully. Cowboys and Canvases may pause or end an experience when unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or materially disruptive conditions exist.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

The cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and any optional cancellation-protection terms presented with your booking apply to that reservation. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when practical. Processing times may depend on the payment provider.

SMS program terms

Cowboys and Canvases sends booking confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, cowboy-confirmation updates, and event coordination messages only to guests who separately opt in. You opt in by providing a mobile number and checking the optional SMS consent box on a booking form. The box is not pre-checked, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies with booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. After you opt out, we may send a final confirmation message where permitted. Email remains the default automated update method when SMS is not enabled.

Communications

You agree that booking notices may be delivered electronically to the email address you provide. SMS is optional and governed by the SMS program terms above. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.

Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by law, Cowboys and Canvases is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, venue conditions outside its control, carrier or internet failures, or delays caused by weather, emergencies, government action, or other events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date.
