• Booking details, including package, date, time, guest count, venue address, market, requested cowboy, and booking notes.
• Payment and transaction information. Stripe processes payment card details; we do not store full card numbers.

• Basic technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve the website.

How we use information

• Review, price, confirm, schedule, and fulfill bookings.
• Coordinate venues, assigned cowboys, travel, timing, and guest needs.
• Send confirmations, receipts, reminders, status updates, and customer-support responses.
• Process payments, refunds, and business records.
• Prevent fraud, maintain security, and comply with law.

SMS consent and mobile information

If you separately opt in, we use your mobile number to send booking-related text messages. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

When we disclose information

We disclose information only as needed to provide the service, including to assigned event personnel and vendors that support hosting, database storage, email, SMS, payments, mapping, and security. These providers may use information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to manage bookings, maintain tax and business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Email remains the default automated booking-update method when SMS is not enabled.

Children and policy updates

Our booking service is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
